Samuel Lewcock ~ 1837

This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Lewcock of Farnham in the County of Surrey Baker whereby I dispose of such Temporal Estate as I am blessed withal in manner following that is to say/All and singular my Messauges Buildings Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever of what nature xxx kind or denomination xx and all and every my Goods Chattels Rights Credits and Effects and in xxx the whole of my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Sarah her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever subject to the payingout thereout of all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses And I constitute and appoint my said wife Sarah sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the eleventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen, Samuel Lewcock  (SL) signed sealed published and declared by the said Samuel Lewcock the Testator as for and to be his last will and Testament In the presence of us who at his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names. As witnesses thereto Wm Clarke /-/ Wm Hole /-/ John Fairmaner (JF)

Samuel Lewcock the within named Testator do hereby publish this my last Will and Testament and do confirm and establish the same in every part In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four Samuel Lewcock (SL) Signed and sealed by the said Samuel in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our name as witnesses to the above publication. PROVED at London 24th January 1837 before the judge by the Oath of Sarah Lewcock Widow the xx the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer//
